Social Media Manager

Location: Remote or BORDA Liaison Office, Bengaluru, India. Reporting to BORDA HQ.

Department: Public Relations

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 39 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Social Media Platforms: Take charge of our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Daily Content Posting: Strategically schedule and post content daily across all social media channels, maintaining an active and engaging online presence.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our community on social media, fostering positive interactions and relationships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media activities and content and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Editing Proofreading Content with a Zero Tolerance Approach to Grammatical Errors, Poor Writing Plagiarism.


  • Bachelors or masters in any stream.
  • Freelancers or individuals with commitments to multiple jobs need not apply.
  • Proven and relevant experience in social media management, particularly within the European market (at least 4-9 years).
  • Fluent in American English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in German is of advantage.
